Introduction and description of the ProChef course

Culinary diploma course as an introduction to continuing studies in Switzerland

To become a professional chef, you must first learn the alphabet of professional cooking in the ChefSho course and master the basic cooking items.

Plus Chef Sho

ProChef course is designed based on standard and international syllabus, including the BHMS University diploma course and the Basic Cuisine course of Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in France.

In this course, seafood, poultry, red meat, pastry, confectionery, and butchery items are taught; you will learn the basic cooking items step by step in detail with the chef during 6-hour theoretical and practical sessions. The culinary diploma course includes 6 months of training and 6 months of internship.
